Be an Independent Worker
There are three ways to join our List of Independent Workers:
1. Print and fill out the three forms: Data Sheet, Worker Agreement and Driver Check (only required if you are willing to transport customers in your or their vehicle)
2. Click here and fill in your mailing address; a sign-up package will be mailed to you, or 
3. Call 501-688-7440 and request that a sign-up package be mailed to you.
Workers are needed in the following categories:
- Nurses
- LPNs
- CNAs
- Home Care Workers
- Sitters
- Homemakers
- Drivers
- Lawn Care
- Home Repair
All workers must provide information for the completion of a criminal background check. Those indicating that they will drive for a customer must also submit information for a driver's license check.
Workers are independent self-employed individuals and are not employees of CareLink. Workers will negotiate their own rate of pay, services to be provided and hours to be worked.
When a request for a copy of the list is submitted to CareLink, contact information for all workers from the geographical area where the work is to be performed will be sent to the requesting consumer. The customer will contact, interview, and stipulate services to be provided, hours to be worked and hire and/or fire workers.
