Meals-On-Wheels
Meals-On-Wheels is a lifeline and the key to ongoing independence for thousands of homebound people over 60 in central Arkansas. Last year, CareLink partners and volunteers delivered more than 475,000 nutritious meals, and as many smiles. (Often, the outside contact is as important as the daily meal.)
In addition to traditional hot lunches, CareLink Meals-On-Wheels in Prairie and Pulaski counties also delivers CarePack Frozen Meals, a variety of nutritious meals in 2- or 5-packs. Special Diet CarePacks are also available for low calorie, low sodium or low fat diets.
